Ups and Downs
I love the location of my apartment however the apartment itself had some issues that I couldn't identify until I started living there. Also, the super is not the most responsive person, making these issues more frustrating than they should be. It would not have been difficult to make some simple changes during a recent renovation to make the apartment much better.
