Mice / Terrible

If you like mice / a completely unresponsive landlord this is the place for you. Truly a terrible experience.

Location & That'S About It

Sutton is one of the safest, nicest neighborhoods in NYC. That, coupled with doormen and a family oriented/older neighborhood close to everything, makes this building desirable.

That is where it ends. Management is abysmal. Service is non existent (as are any amenities). Building is very dated. Units are over priced and under-maintained. I can hear mice in the walls at night, and in the 4 years I've lived here, my windows have never been cleaned from the outside. The tenants are equally as miserable. Look elsewhere!!
