A comfortable apartment

It is a nice apartment on campus very near the light rail station. It is safe and pet friendly with new amenities. However, the sunlight depends on the specific room you live. There are huge differences of rooms--some are bright and some are very dark. There are plenty of floor plans. The fee is a little bit high. Generally speaking I feel comfortable living in this apartment and is quiet.
