Garden apt living in Chelsea
This unusual pre-war bunker building has the rare charm of spacious balconies facing the street. Though of an older ilk, the elevator is a welcome convenience and the interiors of our unit have updated finishes. Windows could have better sound attenuation, however given that our bedroom faces the street. Live-in superintendent and on-site laundry facilities round out the other amenities. In general it's been our experience that rent increases are minimal and problems addressed somewhat promptly.
