Exposed Brick, Sunny Bedrooms, High Ceilings -- Perfect For Roommates

High ceilings (causes some awkward high up storage space that can only be accessed via stepladder, but not a huge issue). Three equal sized bedrooms, all with closets and HUGE windows - middle bedroom is technically a den with wide double doors and access to the balcony, but my roommate who lives there has no complaints. Bedrooms are small (fits a queen size bed and dresser and not much else) but comfortable. Living room doesn't get a lot of sun when all the doors are closed, but is spacious enough for entertaining.

And seriously? 3 Bedrooms and 2 (yes TWO) bathrooms? In-unit washer/dryer and a small dishwasher? For this price, it's a steal.

Location is unbeatable - sits between L/ACE and 123 trains. 5 minutes from Meatpacking and a short walk to the High Line and West Side highway for running.

Very happy with 9300 Realty - no broker fees, wonderful super who lives down the street and is fairly responsive.

Amazing neighborhood, very quiet, very close to campus and quick to get from here to any other part of town. A few minutes from the waterfront with a great park and options for many different sports.
Ive lived here for 3 years, no complaints at all. It's young and fun.
This area is great for someone new to the city. You're close to several train lines and right down the street from both NYU and Chelsea. You are surrounded by some of the city's best bars and comedy clubs. Not to mention, you're two blocks over from the Hudson if you want to go to a bar on a boat or run on the West Highway. If you're looking for the perfect blend of city and neighborhood, the West Village is ideal. You aren't surrounded by skyscrapers but have the perfect view of several.
The West Village is a 15 minute walk from Stern's campus. Tons of restaurants, bars, and great shopping. It's more mature (few undergraduates) than central Greenwich Village or the East Village. Beautiful running and bike paths along the West Side highway park are easily accessible and have incredible city views.
Perfect neighborhood - close to transit but also great restaurants and bars.
It's the west village, right by stonewall. Great nightlife, always something to do.
Love the neighborhood for all the restaurants and accessibility. This block for some reason has a lot of noise and crazy people otherwise would be a 10.
Feels very safe, lots of bars and restaurants, close to NYU
