Great, quiet place that is close to campus

The apartment is just a 6 minute drive from campus. Most of the residents are young professionals, working adults, or retirees, so it is nice and quiet. You get a lot of space for your money compared to other apartments. The only downside is if you are looking to be in walking distance to a more young area like Uptown or Knox Henderson, this place does not have that.

My fiancee and I own a home in Preston Hollow and we highly recommend the location to whoever can come join. While the cost is a hurdle for some, the area is fantastic and there are many perks including running trails, nice yards, great schools, and many other fantastic features.

The neighborhood is very nice. Long, wide streets great for walking or running. There is a park that 1.5 miles away. The people are friendly and it is very safe. Preston Center is across the street- great restaurants and shops.
