Quiet and spacious, close to everything

150 years old building that looks like a new one. High ceiling and big windows that look into a private patio. The building is two blocks away from line 1 and one block from a bus station. The neighborhood is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and stores. But even more important, just 4 blocks from Central Park, the lung of Manhattan
