Appliances Are Brand New
Our apartment is recently renovated, thus appliances are new and bathroom is also new. However, the bathroom is very small. We have had issues with the landlord to fix items in my two years there. It takes a long time for them to show up. The building definitely needs renovation. The trash is kept inside thus the smell during the summer inside of the building can get pretty bad.
