Nice Building in Good Area

Well located building - a walk-up, but stairs are very wide. Apartment building is a bit older and could use some maintenance and things are slow to be fixed. Mostly you are paying for the location. Some apartments are renovated, some are not.

Nice Building Centrally Located

The apartment is very close to campus, and while there are no laundry facilities or elevator in the apartment, the steps are wide and the apartment itself has big windows.

Great location for students

Great location. The rooms are spacious and each one has a closet. Needs more sunlight. Near to many restaurants and bars, so it gets noisy sometimes.
Close 3 different subway stations.

SoHo Reviews

7 reviews
- Under 10 min walk to Stern
- Great access to subway, esp. 1/C/E/N/R (but mainly local)
- Amazing fancy/cheap food options
- Fair Folks & A Goat = $35/mo unlimited (!) coffee/tea
- Close to 24/7 CVS and many bodegas
- Not close to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's
- Perfect or ruinous for fashion- / retail-oriented
Very fun neighborhood with lots of cafes and stores.
Best neighborhood.
I love the neighborhood! It's an easy walk to campus, lots of great shopping and fun restaurants nearby. It is really loud on our street at the rush hour evening time but otherwise I love living here.
Safe and fun neighborhood with everything you need. So close to campus.
Close to campus. Lots of restaurants, bars. Grocery stores nearby, quick access to three different subway stations.
SoHo is hard to beat.
