Safe location and good space - just the basics
The apartment building is located in a safe location and has great sunlight. Building is naturally warm so gets hot in the summer. It is right next to the Lincoln Park so great place to go and relax, and right next to the bus station, 5 minute walk from a citi bike station and a 25 minute walk from the PATH, 5 minute walk from a gym and 18 minute walk from the Hudson mall. The cons are that the building hallways are not cleaned as regularly as would be preferable and therefore sometimes do not smell so good. But that changes once in the safety of your own apartment. The other con is the entire building only has electric energy, so no access to the cheaper gas energy.
No major above basic amenities in this building. The laundry room opening timetable is not consistent and some of the machines do not work so better off just using external laundromats (3 min walk away). You also have to get your own refrigerator.
