Basement Life = Quiet And Cozy

I love my basement apartment. Cool during the summer, warm during the winter, it is always a welcoming and comfortable space. I am blessed to be living with three good friends, and with newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, the space is very enjoyable. Sometimes the lack of natural light can be disorienting and make it much easier to shirk the day to day stuff you have to get up for, I find that just a quick trip outside to connect is sometimes all I need.

Hamilton Heights Reviews

This neighborhood has great bars and restaurants, great parks, and real NYC culture. It's a fantastic place to live as a young person.
Up and coming, with lots of new coffee shops and bars, though still block-by-block in terms of safety.
Definitely up and coming, but a lot of potential. It is also much safer than it was a few years ago and seems to be continuing that trend.
