Post Hyde park
My experience so far is okay. We had a special case because our kitchen was delayed 5 months and the first two months we lived with a very old and damaged kitchen. We had to wait for a rent reduction until the the new kitchen was delivered. (57 days after move-in) we are promised now a rent reduction. (Haven’t heard back anything for next months rent). Overall, I would say that the price doesn’t not justify the Apartment at all. The housing market is way too inflated and the power is in the big companies hands. We are calling maintenance almost once a week because something breaks or happens which is not in our power. The maintenance is fast and good (at least).

The place is really amazing having a gated community with two swimming pools to enjoy. Maintenance team is really doing a good job in addressing the resident's query. Good crowd and it feels safe for an international student.

excellent property in terms of safety, utilities and accessibility to local stores.
My experience here so far has been great. I am living here for the past 8 months and I feel safe. This place is only 15 min walk to UT, which is the best part. All the grocery stores like public, walmart. is nearby. The banks, CVS is also within 5 minutes of walking distance.
