Adequate apartment, but overpriced

The apartment is fine (seems unexceptional compared to other "premium" apartments), the energy bills are the highest I have ever had from any similar apartment the past 10 years..... By quite a lot.

To renew a lease, they raise prices by AT LEAST 10 - 50% depending on your lease length because they know people do not like the hassle of moving.

The best redeeming quality of the Reserve in Tosa is the staff that is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. But a helpful staff is hard to justify rent going up by hundreds of dollars a month

The only available options given to renew a lease 3 months from now.....
Renew 15 months - 10.5% price increase
Renew 16 months - 11.2%
Renew 9 Months - 13.9%
Renew 8 Months - 15.1%
Renew 1 Month - 50.1%

I understand prices go up. But I want prospective customers to realize what the actual numbers may look like a year down the line
