Pretty good

The apartment has an elevator to get to the floor and the lobby is nice. The apartment itself has a small kitchen, small living room area, and is a converted 3 bedroom. The 2 bathrooms are decent sized and there is laundry and dryer in apartment. The super is very receptive.
