Very affordable with plenty of space
The apartment is spacious but bare bones. While the appliances were new when I moved in, you can tell that the apartment needs some TLC – it's been painted over one too many times in some areas, the radiator clanks, the ceiling has leaked. But, it's very affordable, the live-in super is wonderful, there's laundry on every floor, there are great neighborhood spots and grocery, and the building is very close to Prospect Park and the F, G, B, and Q subway lines.
