Studio near campus

- very close to campus (~7 minutes door to door), very close to transit hub at Columbus Circle, NQR at 55th and 7th
- responsive management (got a new stove within one day of maintenance request)
- quiet building
- safe neighborhood
- have seen some bugs, but not anything too troubling
- Planet Fitness around the corner, wash and fold next door
