nice, first-time adult apartment

The apartment actually has two complexes about 1 block from each other and directly across the street from Walmart. Both are quite new and modern, built in 2009. The interior is very nice; high ceilings, white walls, oak hardwood floors, carpet only in the bedroom, tiles in the bathroom. For the most part, it’s a clean apartment complex and generally quiet. But the surrounding neighborhood, like a lot of neighborhoods in NOLA, can be a little sketchy at night. But I’ve always felt pretty safe, never heard of any incidents nearby. It’s also only 5 blocks from Magazine St, and 1 mile from

St. Charles St, both are iconic and have great coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants.
