Minimal Amenities But Perfect Location
The building is small with only 6 units across 3 floors. Though the hallway leaves a little something to be desired, the apartments are charming with beautiful exposed brick, fireplaces, and high ceilings. Biggest pro: living one stop away from the 4/5/6 train. Biggest cons: no laundry in building (but there is a place across the street that will wash and fold for $1/lb with day-of service which saves time).
