Quiet and modern apartment on the water in walkable area

Vía Las Colinas is located in Las Colinas, and right on lake Carolyn. It has many walking trails nearby, and is very walkable to restaurants. It’s about 25-35 minutes to SMU depending on traffic, with no tolls.

Via Las Colinas Apartment

Las Colinas has been a great place to live if you're wanting easy access to Dallas and Fort Worth. It's about 15-20 minutes into downtown Dallas, and about 35-40 into downtown Fort Worth. Las Colinas has a cool mixture of urban and suburban areas, and plenty of shopping and things to do. Via has been a great apartment right on Lake Carolyn with walking distance to Toyota Music Factory.
