Great place to live, if you don't mind the noise!
In terms of value, location, view (I have a corner window with a water view) and most items I believe this is one of the best places in the city to live.
Amenities are little to none and the building is a little older, personally I value the size of my own space and the location more than these things so I am very happy here.
One item that many people may not like, however it doesn't bother me, is constant noise from the local hospital traffic. If you have an issue sleeping with outside noise this may not be the place for you however, if you have no problem with it like me it may work in your favor to get the most bang for your buck in the city!
