Great for temporary, cheap living
It's really difficult to find an affordable place to live in the Fremont/Wallingford area if you're a single lady and have a cat. I grabbed this place immediately for the price. You do get what you pay for - it was small, old appliances, barely had a window, and the complex has no amenities, but the neighborhood is quiet and it's right between Wallingford and Fremont. Decent place if you are looking for a temporary place to crash in a good location.
