Overall have been very dissatisfied with management. I've been renting with them for over a year, and they seem to just not have their act together. My boyfriend signed the same lease as me, but never added him, they didnt document that we had renters and then after a year after showing them, they were telling us we never gave them the info! (not true). I also had my bike stolen from the gated parking garage, and they seems like they didnt care that it is a safety issue! Recently our Carbon Monoxide alarm went off, and when we called for emergency service to come take a look we were told it wasnt a concern. Ummm, yes it is! we tested the alarm outside and it didnt go off.. and it did again back when we entered the apartment. Which to me is concerning enough... So i called them back and they said if i feel its an emergency i should call 911. Like i said before... They dont care about the residents, they only care about getting there rent on time.
