Great place to live - but has it's drawbacks
I've had a wonderful experience living at Balfour Place. Management has always been accommodating but some of the tenets are questionable. The fire alarm goes off quite frequently and I wish we had access to more amenities and community events.
The building is in a great location and I do enjoy living here.
