Good deal if you find a good landlord
Who doesnt want to live in a gorgeous loft right next to the water and pike place market? The cons come from the plethora of homeless people and crack heads that wander about the complex but the pros come from the loft experience. There are no amenities such as a gym or club house but there is a small garage and a nice roof top. The community manager is limited with what she can help with due to the spaces being condos and if you want to have a family in the new future keep on moving because they are only one bedrooms and they are small bedrooms at that.
