Good place to live
It's a good building, many long term tenants. Sometimes it has some weird rules about what you can and cannot do (and some of them make NO sense)..Not a lot of amenities, but you're in the middle of tons of cool shops, restaurants, gyms, etc. Apts were built in 90s so they are a bit outdated but that is why they are cheap. Parking is available for an extra fee.
