I love living in the Hong Kong Building

It's a great value. I had a one bedroom with a washer and dryer. Limited natural light, unfortunately only one window per room. My unit is rare in the building. If you can get a place in this building RENT IT. The overall value is amazing. And they have short lease options.

Nice Place

I like the location :) Old apartment building, but inside is renovated. My apartment is a townhouse, which provides ample room, lots of storage space, and high ceilings. Management can be slow in getting back, but are very friendly. Parking is expensive.

Incredible...for the value

This is a great space for anyone who doesn't need the nicest things or a lot of space. Small, but well managed and clean. Building management is quick to respond and very fair. No problems with bugs/mold/dirt. There are loud recycling trucks at night and some of the appliances are cheaper but for the price, you really can't complain.
