Small and Quaint

Friendly management and neighbors that keep to themselves. Nice small apartment complex with assigned parking and a few guest spaces. Cost is kept down by not offering a lot of amenities. Close to bus route and grocery stores. Lived here for several years and never had a problem that management hasn't been quick to address.
