Great value for students with children
The waitlist to get into this apartment (or any UW family housing) is long, but once we got in we have been very happy. The value for the space is great, I don't think you could find a townhouse for anything under $1000 elsewhere, and the townhouse layout makes it seem more homey. I like having the community of other children around, and the playground/swingset is a nice touch (though they could use some updates). The apartments themselves are nothing fancy, pretty bare bones and haven't been updated much since they were built. There is no dishwasher and you have to bring your own washer/dryer unless you want to use the community laundry rooms.
Some residents have had issues with mold in their apartments that the housing department was slow to reconcile but they have since addressed the issue. Overall I would recommend this to families with children who are looking to something close to UW at a good price.
