Great Studio Space for Single Person
I have loved my studio apartment for 2.5 years, it is basic but affordable and you can't beat the location. Management has always been responsive and friendly. Units don't get a whole lot of natural light and there is a significant amount of street noise. Although electric and gas are not included in the rent price, these utilities have been very reasonably priced. Mad Flats, a new micro-unit building, is under construction next door and I do worry about the influx in new tenants in such a small place. Building also has a great rooftop with picnic tables, grill and view of downtown, and the Olympics!
