Great construction, quality building
This building is older than the new high rises that have been popping up around Belltown-- this is great if you value quality construction (steel frame building, never hear neighbors, great sound and weather insulation). It doesn't have as many "frills" as newer buildings, but it is a quality and safe place to live.
