Great location
The condo is just next to the bus stop, so great location to downtown. In the lobby, there is a fitness room and very small break room with different kinds of books donated by the residents. QFC is only a few blocks away, and pubs and restaurants are everywhere. However, walking in the nights might somehow consider not safe enough.

Great location if you want to be walking distance to downtown
Newer clean building with a great location. There is a small gym for residents to use, the equipment is a little outdated, but still able to get a workout in. The only thing lacking is storage space, but for 550 sq ft you don't have much to work with.
