Great Location, Charm, Old Building
The St. Florence is a great apartment for young professionals, students, or creative types. Not too expensive (compared to other similar apartments on the hill), and completely charming with hardwood floors and bay windows and an amazing rooftop deck with a view of downtown and the Sound and the mountains. Some fixtures are old, though, including leaky faucets, old heating, paint that chips, etc., but its worth it for the location and charm. Awesome, friendly, helpful on-site apartment manager.
