Charming & Well Kept Building
The building is spotless, managed well and is a GREAT value. The overall location is great, close to grocery shopping, coffee, multiple banks, etc. but is close to Broadway where there tends to be a lot of foot traffic and homelessness. It has improved, but is the only 'negative' about the general area.
