Out of the Way but Good
The apartment is a townhouse with a garage, 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. For the price and location, it's not bad. It does not allow pets. It has relatively few units. I am unsure how thick/thin the walls are because my unit does not share a wall. Management is fairly responsive but curt.
The area is very residential and not convenient to many parts of Seattle. It is very convenient to downtown (via the 255) and to UW (via the 540 or the 255 with a bridge transfer). Late at night, it can take a while to get home from campus. It is not as easy to get to Fremont, Ballard, Belltown, West Seattle, etc., so it may negatively impact your social life. That said, it is easily walkable to downtown Kirkland.
