Not the best place
My husband and two children moved in with a place where the carpet was not attractive (dark blue). The carpet was to be replaced but we did not have everything ready to have it put in, but it should have been put in before we moved in. Got an attitude from the person who is a family member of the owner and the person that was going to install. So we replaced it and luckily got that reimbursed. Family members who are associated with the owner live here but they do not take care of the place. Not sure what they are supposed to be doing. Nothing is vacuumed. It is not a big building (only 6 apartment spaces) so it should not take much to do something if you are supposed to. I am not sure if this place is meant to last a long time or not because not much is being done to maintain it. There is laundry room. There is parking but not for all residents which seems not right. Not sure what people these think when it comes to ensuring everyone having an opportunity to protect their car from vandals. Had a window broken in the back of our car, nothing was taken. Did see two people trying to get into the building somehow getting into the garage and almost into the building but they left. Neighborhood is just too close to Aurora which is infamous so people do come down here. Up above a car my spouse was using got a blower taken. There are nicer homes and buildings surrounding this property. The three apartments above where we are have high ceilings.
