Review of a Slumlord

This is a very old building that has little, to no upkeep over the last several decades. Thus, there are cockroaches, rats, fleas, ect. The landlord is terrible, insisting on "fixing" things himself, to which only covers up the problems, and never fixes them. If there are any issues, its the tennants fault. The radiator heat is only turned on if the temp goes below freezing. The rent is regualrly increased. The plumbing is constantly blocked. There are reguler homless people camping out in the hallways and back stairwell. This is a very unsafe living situation.
