Great living near NYC

Apartment is an easy (30-45 min) commute to work, option of taking either the bus or ferry. Right on the water with great views of the NYC skyline. Quiet at night. Elevator and doorman, washer/dryer in unit, new appliances. Access to pool, gym, and lounge. Dog friendly, with dog park across the street. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, stores, and supermarkets.
