Dated and inexpensive but going through an upgrade
Pinnacle purchased the apartment complex this summer (2018) and has been working to upgrade the apartment. Not sure how this will impact rent. Bigger floor plans but still tight. No laundry in unit but in the building. Great location, ok management.
