Friendly staff, excellent maintenance, no bugs

I moved to the Azul Apartments after a bad experience at another complex and I've been much happier here. The apartments are spacious and have a good layout. The 3rd floor apartments have excellent windows and lots of sunlight (though the first floor apartments do not get so much light). There's plenty of closet and storage space. Parking is never a problem (though overnight guests have to register online). Everyone on staff at this complex is extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Maintenance is excellent and they always respond quickly. I have not had problems with bugs or leaks. There are a couple of small pools. It's a straightforward 15 minute drive to campus and there's never too much traffic in between. You can easily walk to the train from your apartment if you don't want to drive. In a perfect world, I'd rather live in a more walkable neighborhood, but that's rare in Dallas. Overall I've been satisfied with this complex.
