Great place for students
I have loved living here at Lennox Flats! I feel you get a very spacious, updated apartment for the price. Most residents are young adults and also graduate/professional students, so I’ve never had an issue with noisy neighbors and it is very quiet. The gym, pool, and shared outdoor spaces are a huge plus and never crowded. I love having an in-unit washer/dryer, all updated appliances, a ton of natural light. Pets are allowed as well, and to have a parking space it’s only about $50 a month which is a lot less than I’ve seen at other properties. The only thing that’s not my favorite is the close proximity to the train tracks which can be loud at times. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the nearby Target and movie theater as well as some other retail shopping. I walk to OSU’s campus nearly every day and it takes me about 15 minutes. The management is pretty good, they always manage any issues you have in a fairly timely manner.

Great experience living at Lennox Flats!
These apartments are great for those who are looking to live slightly off-campus and are willing to drive to the law school. Lennox Flats is located in a safe area and has free parking options! I highly recommend these apartments.

Great place, but kind of pricy, loud train, and difficult walk to campus
I really enjoy the apartment and amenities (gym)! However, it is a little bit on the expensive side and not as close to campus as I would like. It is also located right next to a train crossing, so I often hear the train horn throughout the day, night, and early morning.
