Great Location
Wonderful location, within quick walking distance to the University. It is a pretty nice area with great tenants here as well. The spa is open year round (despite some maintenance issues with it) and can be really nice if you are into that. It also has a barbecue pit and outside lounge furniture if you are into soaking up the sun.
