Great Building and on the Green line

This is a fantastic place to live in medical school. Convenience in getting to campus and very nice property. Great place, but it shows in the cost. Friendly staff, community events, free espresso machine and nice gym. Parking is 125 a month but is heated and underground.

Green on 4th

The unit is really nice with nice amenities (a roof with a nice view, a nice gym, game room, study room, etc). We're super close to campus at a 20 minute walk, and very close to a brewery and a distillery, the grocery store, the train, and the new Malcolm Yards Market. The Dinkytown bike trail runs right behind the building, and it's great for running, biking, and getting to campus. The building is pretty secure with security guards downstairs at night and garage parking. Several of our classmates also live in the building, and it's awesome to have friends so close. I would say there are 2 downsides. The first is that while you can get simple maintenance done fairly easily, but if you run into more complex problems I wouldn't label the management particularly responsive. The second is that I don't necessarily think the rental price is reflective of what you actually end up paying. You need accounts to independently pay internet, heat, and gas, but then the complex also charge you the same price every month for things like water, sewer, trash, pest control, as well as a $3.95 administrative fee, which I just find absurd. None of them individually are a lot of money, but I definitely end up paying $50 to them every month over the advertised price for all of these random things that I feel could easily have been included in the advertised price of the apartment.

My experiences with Green on 4th

My apartment was brand new! The amenities are nice, the gym is nice, the rooftop is nice, shared spaces are nice, and the overall building is nice.

We get compliments about our place all the time.

Having Fresh Thyme (a grocery store) across the street is a HUGE plus as a student. Likewise, you can be on campus in no time using the light rail or walking.

Management has come a long way, but it is still not excellent. Nonetheless, I just renewed my lease here.

Spendy, but built well and close to transit

Expensive but nice place to live. Across the street from Green Line Metro stop.

Great place- somewhat expensive

Brand new apartment with great common areas, nice gym, across the street from a grocery store, and close to the green line metro. We like it here just feel that it is a bit pricey for a standard apartment. There is on site, heated parking but that is an extra fee.

Pricey, but worth it!

Great location. It’s right next to the light rail and Fresh Thyme. It’s a kind of expensive, but it comes with great facilities like the gym and game room. Pets are allowed with the fee.
