Excellent everything, but it comes at a not-student-friendly price

The appartment is absoultely awesome. The community is great, the apartments themselves are very clean, orderly, and genuinely luxurious. The community gatherings are a lot of fun, and there is a lot of community space, such as a pool, like 4 courtyards, dog walking areas, a coffee machine, and a gym, and a gaming room. The single biggest drawback however, is the price. We don't have a lot of money to spare, so despite the many bonuses and amenities, it still is a lot to pay for every month. Things are a little tight every month.
