Average Price, Good Quality

Picked this apartment primarily because it includes furniture. Price includes all utilities. Interior is reasonably new and has a more open common space than my last apartment, which I like. Access to pool, gym, computers, and printers at clubhouse. Chose an apartment on the third floor because it has higher ceilings/skylight. 2 basketball courts at the complex. Management has been good. Workers are reasonably responsive to maintenance requests. Definitely a good option if you're just looking for a straightforward experience without much trouble. Close to Walmart, some parks, and the bus line. Main negative is that it is farther from campus.

Convenient

It's a little far away from Campus, but the proximity to Walmart and Payless is nice. Plus, it's walking distance from Celery Bog park, which is nice for jogging.
