Great 1 Br close to campus

For the price point, the location and everything included is great. It's 30 mins walking to school and close to northeast in one direction and downtown in another direction. One of the the things that keeps us here is management which has been the best in our renting experiences. It doesn't have any extra amenities, laundry is shared in the basement, and you have to do street parking (which is for the most part no problem at all).

It was okay

I lived in this apartment last year (I now live in a house). The apartment was bright and spacious but the walls are so thin. I heard everything my neighbors did....if you know what I mean. Mike, the landlord was seemingly responsive to me but I never asked for repairs and I heard that he wasn't great at responding. There is no air conditioning and the heat is controlled by the landlord so you don't have a lot of flexibility with that. There was also an attempted abduction literally outside my building (heard the screams) but that was a year ago and I know that there was a neighborhood meeting about crime in the area.
