Solid place to live
The facility is good, and the rent is comparatively low. Management is responsive to needs. The property is nice. I would live here again and would highly recommend to others as well.

Overall decent place
Overall has a in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, free parking,24/7 gym, only caveat is full of undergrads who can be loud, and management can be iffy at times about certain things or give contradicting information. Overall not too bad, and they have little events that occur here and there like an ice cream social or a taco bar or something (I haven’t been to too many of them because of classes)

It’s been good
I have had an overall good experience here. The problems I did have were resolved. The remaining issue is that the walls are so thin, I hear my neighbors next door and above. And there is poor insulation— my room is colder than common space
