I have loved living here so far!
I have enjoyed my time so far. Management is very friendly and responsive. Maintenance is friendly and helpful. They put on different events like having food trucks come by. It's relatively quiet with mostly young adults living here; there are a few families with children. The property is kept clean.

Nice gym, clean rooms and consistent maintenance. The leasing office is also very helpful.

Great area for a grad student
My apartment complex is great for a grad student as it is close to the law school and is near many restaurants, supermarkets, and Crunch gym. Additionally, the apartment itself features walk-in closets, a nice kitchen, different flooring options, and a great pool area. As the apartment complex hosts many adults and grad students, the area is nice and quiet. Management is also very helpful when you need them, and they often have free food in the office.

Good value
I like the space of my apartment. I have two rooms for the price of one. There are granite style counter tops and wood style floors in the the kitchen and living room but the buildings are pretty old.

Most of the residents seem to be graduate students. The proximity to the law school is nice. The location is good with shopping, food, and grocery stores nearby.

Quiet and calm
The property is very quiet, with not many undergrad students. It is great as a student, as I am able to study in my apartment in peace. It is a small area and the people who work there are very nice. My apartment and the property is clean and well maintained. Very dog friendly, point off for the pricing and how no utilities are included.
