Pet-Friendly Apartment, Close to School

Overall, my experience at Windmeadows has been good. I have been here for the past two years and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The apartments are pet-friendly, it is a close drive to school which is convenient, and there is a nice pool and gym on site. There are also a ton of grocery stores and restaurants close by. The only downside really is the price. With the new owners, they have added additional charges per month, like a mandatory fee for valet trash pick up, a monthly pet rent, and none of the utilities are included.
