Spyglass Review

I really enjoy living at Spyglass. It’s a gated community in a relatively quiet area. It’s a little further than other student housing, but also makes for good distance from chaos of downtown Gainesville. The Spyglass management is really quick and communicative with meeting the needs of their residents. The price is reasonable, especially with quality amenities (pool, gym, tennis court).

Decent price for amount of amenities, not that close to law school

There is an affordable furniture package for people who don’t want to deal with buying furniture, WiFi is included, in-unit washer dryers, gym, and a pool. It was generally quiet here so good to study, but the walls were a bit thin so if a neighbor is loud it could be annoying. The staff is very responsive to questions/concerns and maintenance is great here too.
