Good amenities, younger residents, quiet and relatively secure. Great neighborhood.

Skyscape Review

I love this apartment. We got lucky with this deal because it's an apartment downtown and we rented in May 2020, right during when COVID was driving downtown prices very low. It is about a 30 minute walk from the law school. We rent from a landlord who owns the condo, it's not a management company. He is very good. We have a ton of light, a balcony, and incredible views. If a student can afford an apartment in this building, I highly recommend it. It's far better quality than some of the cheap newer apartments that have come up.

Skyscape Condos

I rent a condo from a private landlord
Building is very nice
Condos are spacious
Location isn't very good, you still have to drive to about everything
The area is developing quickly, but isn't the best now
10+ minute walk to the light rail isn't ideal in winter
